German bread is baked in the Björkhyddan bakery.  Here not only the rye bread is baked with sour dough but also the wholemeal toast which gives it a fully rounded taste. The German Pretzels enjoy a wide popularity already now. Also the cakes from baking sheets and Muffins find a wide-spread acceptance and will become a fixed component of our assortment.

At the moment every Friday means: 




“Today is baking day!”

During the vacation season we will increase the number of baking days for sure.

Just stop by for a coffee!
